Sales Rep is Author of emails sent from Netsuite to Customer

Hi

I have noticed that if a Customer has a sales rep assigned (which we don't typically use), then if an email template is used to send an email to that customer, the system flags the Author of that email as the Sales Rep and not the person (User) who logged in and sent the email.

I presume this is a set up option - I would like to switch it off - but can't find it?

Can someone tell me where to switch it off
