How can I find Customer records w/ no events?
Our salespeople periodically need a list of accounts which they haven't called upon in during a specific time period.
In the past I have gone through a multi-step process: first exporting a list of all customers; next exporting a list of events, summarized by customer; then compared the two lists within Excel, saving the ones that didn't have any activity.
I'd sure like a more efficient method, and one that salespeople could run themselves.
