Mailing List for Catalog Mailing - best way to avoid duplication
I am trying to create a mailing list for a USPS catalog mailing. I have already run the duplicate detection many ways to merge duplicate customers/leads. However, when I create a customer search if I use the following fields for results, I find I'm getting duplicate results: Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip. I believe it is actually giving me a separate line for each billing, ship to and other address. If I choose either the ship to or bill to address fields, I am not getting all of the customers and leads, as not all of the have a specific
