List of Customers with Special Pricing

We utilize the feature that allows us to assign a different price level to selected items. For example, Customer 'X' is assigned to Price Level '1', but on item 'test' they get Price Level '2'.

Is there any way to generate a list of customers that have at least one item marked as above?
