Email Case Capture – Multiple Contacts
If I understand correctly, Netsuite only matches the inbound email address to the email address in the customer record. Any best practice insight on how to deal with multiple contacts submitting cases for the same company so that they are matched to the company instead of coming in as anonymous? It looks like my options would be to establish a sub-customer for each contact or set the duplicate detection to the domain instead of the full email address.
