Locating all instances of a sales stage/status
Folks,
We've been working on cleaning up and simplifying the sales statuses within Netsuite. We have no need to have anything more than just using a stage - Lead for raw data, Prospect for those who have been contacted, and Customer for those who purchase.
I would prefer to keep Opportunity records active, even though we use them infrequently.
I'm running into a problem with a particular status code - I'm not able to remove it from the list, as I'm warned that there are child records. I've changed all of the customer records to something other than that status, and all of the opportunities are also changed to another status. I've even modified all of the records tagged as inactive.
