New case for - creates new lead and contact - but doesnt populate lead info.
Apparently this has been going on a while. I only noticed it since generally we issue campaigns at contact level. however - today I needed to do one at lead level.
So - if a new case is created for a lead that does not exist. The contact info is populated okay. But the lead info is not populated with the phone number and email address of the contact ?. why is that ?. I know for a fact it used to be - so why did this change ?. because it is not good.
I now have a ton of records that have no email addresses or phone numbers at the header level.
