Pass Sales Rep ID Through URL

Does anyone know if you can pass a sales rep ID through a URL so that that rep gets credit for that particular sale?

By way of an explanation, we have sales territories divided up geographically so depending on where the customer according to their registration, that particular sales rep gets credit for the sale.  There are some specials that we offer, however, that apply nationwide but are all sourced to one rep.  I have a webform set up for one of these specials and after submission I want to have this webform redirect them to a specific product page in our website.  Embedded in that URL is to be a discount code and a sales rep ID so that the customer gets a
