Spec Sheets with Quotes

Has anyone been able to generate 'spec sheet' - meaning a one page sheet with the picture of the item in question and a list of specs relevent to the targeted customer's needs. It's a compilation of fields from an item file and from a customer file.
This type of typical sales tool should be easy to create.
Any ideas?
