Marketing Campaign--No Bounces

We sent out a marketing email campaign on 4.13.

As of tonight, 7 days later, there are 0 bounces recorded on either the Campaign Response Summary or Campaign Response Detail. Our usual bounce rate is around 8%.
Sent, Viewed, Clicked through, and Responded numbers are recorded and in line with historical numbers.
We have DKIM and campaign domain set up.

Am I missing something? Can it take more than a week for bounces to register?
