Inserting Solutions into Email Messages?

We are in process of setting up Topics and Solutions for standardizing customer responses on common topics.  While we do get inbound cases from customers where solutions will be useful, over 50% of our customer email correspondence comes from us initiating emails on a transaction or customer record.  Many times, the back-and-forth email correspondence results in what could be a Solution (insert) as a response.

Is there any way to enable us inserting solutions into normal email messages from within Netsuite?  If not, Netsuite is there an enhancement request already filed on this?
