Web Based Estimate Acceptance

Has anyone found a way of allowing a customer to accept an Estimate by clicking on a link in the Estimate or the email it is attached to.  e.g. in the email something like:-

Click here to accept this Estimate

would take you to a Netsuite form where they enter their name and date.  We would use this record as their acceptance.

Any ideas?  Other suggestions to achieve the same thing?
