Customer Survey - Need answers to populate a field

I have built a customer survey and the purpose of it is to build Account Profile information to get a better understanding of our customer's business needs.

When the survey was built, all of the questions are listed as (custrecord###).
I have put the Customer Survey Fields (custentity###) on one of the subtabs on the main Customer Record.

We would like their survey answers to these questions to auto-populate into these (custentity) fields on this subtab (vs having a list of answers that aren't easily viewable).

Can anyone tell me if this is possible to do?  And if so, how to go about it?
