Use "anonomous" reply-to in support cases
How do I avoid using my personal email address (which is in my employee record) as the reply to when I respond to cases? I have an alias, like tech5@company.com, that I'd like to use insstead.
I tried changing my email to "tech5" but my case replies still use my personal email address.
