Managing outside sales reps - partners or employees?
We are new to NS, we use outside sales reps as well as a very small number of inside sales people.
Can anyone help me with a description of how they handle a similar situation?
Do I need to be able to write scripts?
It doesn't seem possible to send emails to my reps if I set them up as partners, and to assign them leads/tasks, without setting them up as employees, too.
I want to be able to easily assign a lead to a partner, send him emails with the partners vcf or other contact info, ideally have the partner log-in and fill in the forms regarding customer contacts, opportunities, estimates, etc.
