making only item groups available to salesreps
Hi,
We have hundreds of subscriptions listed as item groups.
Each item group consists of (non-)inventory item members, other charge item members, etc.
The salesreps are only allowed to sell subscriptions, i.e.
they should only select from the available item groups when creating opportunities, estimates or sales orders. They should not see the
inventory items, non-inventory items, other charge items, services, etc.
ONLY THE ITEM GROUPS!
HOW CAN I ACCOMPLISH THIS IN NETSUITE?
