Pricing level / Discounts

We are trying to set up a pricing level for export customers (EXPORT) by product category i.e

Casual Wear is 40%
Helmets is 35%
Graphics is 55%

etc.

Do I have to select every item in these product categories to assign this price group to or is there a way to do this by product category and have it update all items in that category ?  If we have to do this one by one it is very time consuming as we have 4500 sku's......
