Case Email Reply Address
Does anyone know how to get the case email reply to address for an email sent out to a customer (given that customer no longer has the email)?
We have a customer that accidentally signed up our NetSuite case reply-to email to a service called wayn.com and now this case is being reopened all the time. The only way to opt out of this service is to provide the email that was used to signup, and it is a NetSuite generated email address.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
