Online Item orders snafu

Hi,

    Some of my customers are reporting for the past three days that when they order online and process to check out, it was redirected to home page. When they retry it went fine for checkout. This makes us losing business.

    Is there any issue recently with Netsuite??? If any information, please let me know.
