On-line Case submissing failing for Non-US countries

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues where on-line case submission fails if the customer enters a non-USA country code?

We are getting a generic browser error and customers cannot submit the case.

Just trying to take a pulse so I can see if its isolated to our system.
