Sales Order Form - payment type other than credit card?

Hi there,

I'm trying to figure out if this is possible --- on the Sales Order Form, credit card payment is the default form of payment, but can I allow customers to specify another form of payment?  I was thinking to add radio buttons that will toggle the credit card payment section and the section for the other form of payment, but I think it's not possible to add radio buttons?  Or maybe I'm not approaching this right?  Any suggestions?
