Import Adds Instead of Updating

I have created my import and I am currently testing with only one record.  Each time I am using the same record, adding a few more fields each time to insure they import properly.  The import does run as planned, however, I am running it as "add or update" and even though I am using the same record over and over, it continues to add the company name and contacts as new instead of updating the existing record.

Is there an area I missed that decides how Netsuite chooses to "add" or "update?"
