Case email reply to addresses?
We find case tracking through email an extremely valuable part of Netsuite. When an email is sent out to a customer via a case, the reply to address ensures that any replies are added to the case. What we'd like to do is find out that reply to email address from a case so we can include it as a cc (or bcc) when we send out email from Entourage (rather than from Netsuite).
Do these cases email addresses have a fixed format? Is there a way to display a standard reply to email address in the case form so we can just copy it into emails?
