Company link on support case opening vendor record
Hi Guys,
I'm having an issue where my support guys assigning cases to our customers that also have an 'other relationship' of type vendor.
When the click on the company link on the support case to open the customer record, it is trying to open the vendor record which they do not have permissions to.
Is there a way to default which 'type' is opened to customer?
