Unlinking Relationships - Othername
Hello,
We initially stuffed a bunch of Company records into the Othername bucket when they did not have a proper place in vendor, customer, partner, etc ...
In this particular case, the Company became a partner and I added "Partner" to the relationships for this Company. I would like to remove the "Othername" relationship from this record. I've explored deleting the "othername" record but it gives a warning that sounds like every other relationship record tied to this Company would get deleted as well. I've also set the Othername record to "Inactive" but it effects the "Partner" record as well.
Any ideas or best practices for this?
