New Contacts - Can we change the default auto-populate address?

The majority of our contacts are located at hospitals (physical location) vs the Accounts Payable address (different location from hospital).

Is there a way to have NetSuite pull from the assigned 'Ship' address vs 'Bill'?

Any help would be awesome!
