Notefication or Alert of Inbound Email
We have automated email notification to advise customers of their appointmentment with a representitive, however sometimes customers reply to their email notefication.
How can we achieve an alert to notify the rep/event organiser that a reply has returned (it goes straight to the Netsuite Customer record).
We have the same issue with outbound text reminder notification. Sometimes the customer replies to the text message.... any ideas??

Ideally the returned inbound email (and/or text reply - which appears as an email) would appear in a task list or activity list, with our ability to display the list to a user or group of users.
