Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Folks,
We had another holy #$#()*$&)#(& moment with NetSuite a few weeks back, and since it does not appear we're going to have an explanation/resolution any time soon I wanted to sanity check this with all you talented forum dwellers.
Our sales team reported that somehow their customers knew when they were going to call. We were even receiving in-calls from customers to whom an out-call was scheduled. The correlation was freaking people out, and we finally looked into it.
Our sales people use 'tasks' to remind them when to touch customers and prospects. They set them all the time, hundreds of them. Thousands even. This is their to-to list, this is how they manage customer relationships. Most of our sales reps select to get an email reminder from NetSuite just to make sure it doesn't get overlooked.
