Mass update lead source
Here's my current process: We get a list and import it into NetSuite. We send out email/direct mail, and when a response comes in I assign it to a sales rep. Well, there's usually about 80% of the list left (that has not responded), and I turn that over to sales to make calls.
What I need to do is split that list up and assign it to sales reps. I can't do this at import, because I don't want the reps calling until the marketing has gone out.
I've looked at mass updating and don't see a way to update lead source.
