Search for out-of-touch customers

I need to create a search for active clients who have not had any case activity since Feb. 2009 or before. The idea is we want to reach out to clients we have not heard from in two months or more.

I tried specifying dates for case activity, but I get client with cases that have not had activity since Feb. AND recent cases.

There must be an easier way...
