Technical mailing list

We are the manufacturer of a network device which incorporates a firmware element.

I'd like to run a mailing list for our technical contacts who need to be informed of updates to firmware and other technical announcements as and when they occur.

I'm having trouble in identifying how I can acheive this in NS, is some kind of marketing campaign the way to go?
