Forecast vs. quota by department
Hi,
I have entered sales rep quotas by bottom level departments. I have also entered a quota for the department one level up. Now, regardless if I check the Team Quota checkbox or not, the quota for the parent department shows up in the Forecast vs. quota by department report both as the quota for that department itself (included in the Total for the department) and as an override quota (included in the Department line after the Total line). So the quota is counted twice.
Does anyone know how I can accomplish the same thing as when using the Team Quota functionality without departments; ie when Teaom Quota is checked the quota is an override quota for the manager and when it is not checked it is the quota for the manager herself?
