Regarding your post of 2/11 and the elearning links. Clicking on any of the elearning links took me to a log-in page which, when I attempted to log-in I received an invalid user name or password.
After many attempts, I filed case #8403895. This resulted in 2 email responses from customer service; one which gave me explicit instructions to reset access for myself (the administrator) for Netsuite Support Center (this was already set) and Netsuite Support Center Basic and then log out of Netsuite and log back in; then go to the Netsuite Support Center Tab and there should be a Netsuite University tab that now appears and gives me access to the elearning....NOT!!
