Saving emails not sent from Outlook to Netsuite
I want a way of simply saving an email to Netsuite that's not sent from within Netsuite itself or from Outlook.
Here's the scenario:
A contact emails me. I pick up the email on my phone. I send a reply from my phone, and want it recorded in Netsuite.
Logging into Netsuite on my phone and sending the message from there is not an option.
Would it be possible to have an email address that could be CC'd in (e.g. 'messages@netsuite.com") and that would then automatically attach the message to a contact in NS with an email address that matches the one in the To box?
