Literature Fulfillment- how to?

Has anyone found a good way within Netsuite to create a process for sales people to log a request for snail-mail literature/collateral to be sent to prospect/customer?

Salesforce.com and Goldmine both have a quick click and drop down means to send a request from sales team to sales support/mailroom where this gets handled.
