Tracking ROI From Paid Google Adwords... not possible!?

I'm trying to figure out how to setup my keyword tracking in NetSuite so that I can determine our ROI from our paid keywords from Google. I talked to a support rep on the phone for about 30 mins and she concluded that it may not be possible and that she has no documentation on the issue so she is going to find a specialist and call me back tomorrow.

Surly this is possible....  Any information about how to set this up or if it's even possible would be greatly appreciated.
