Five9 experiences, cost?

I'm just starting to look into Five9 for our home based agents.  The two main things that attracted me were the click to dial (for FF) and the NetSuite integration.

I'm wondering if anyone here has experience with Five9 and if you could briefly share your opinion?

I've heard it's VERY expensive and would also like any ballpark pricing some of you may have.  I don't want to contact them this early, I don't feel like dodging a sales person for 2 weeks.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
