Defaulting Values on a Case Form
Pick any form.
If I'm admin role , Assigned To is left blank.
If I'm a sales rep role, Assigned to is myself. Why? I want it blank.
Also,
Status = Normal (Setup -> Support Preferences .. etc)
I want Status to remain blank since my sales reps don't get to choose this status.
Help! Ideas?
