Remove/Hide "Lead" from Customer Status?

Hi,

We only use Prospects to Customers:

Under Setup - Sales - Customer Status:

Asside of the ones I created, the first one is 0 - labeled -Unassigned-
(I renamed it) type is Lead.  Can I hide this entry from the list?
