Netsuite Glitch!!

WE JUST FOUND OUT THAT ANYONE ( REGARDLESS WHICH ROLE YOU HAVE) HAVE ACCESS TO CHANGE THE TOTAL IN THE AMOUNT COLUMN AT SALES ORDER OR SALES QUOTE ENTRY. CALLED IN NETSUITE SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD THERE IS A ENHANCEMENT ( Enhancement 166066 ) FOR THIS. THIS NOT AN ENHANCEMENT, THIS IS A GLITCH !! AND NEED TO BE FIXED ASAP!
