Other Name classification

Is it possible to convert Other Name records to Leads?  We had a salesperson incorrectly enter a ton of new leads as Other Name, I never even knew this existed.   There are multiple contacts and activities associated with each of these as well, and I do not want to lose this information. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
