Functionality of Multiple Quotes per Opportunity

Any others using multiple quotes from a single opporunity?
or are you using 1 to 1 relationships for opportunity to estimate. 
How do you handle it?


Is this how your system functions?  

Scenario: 
I have an opportunity on a lead,
I create multiple Quotes (estimate) for the customer
The customer accepts one quote.

Problem: 
When creating a sales order from the accepted quote, netsuite is setting ALL my quote status' to Customer - Closed Won


Shouldnt it function as follows: 
ONLY set the Estimate I am creating the Sales Order from to Customer - Closed Won (without changing the remaining Estimate status')
