Email multiple recipients with attachment from Case
Hello All,
I am in the process of dealing with a customer support case and I have the requirement to send a file from my PC to the case contact, and to another person in the contact's organisation.
I'd like to create a New Email Message from the case because this is the only way I can add attachments, however using this method I cannot CC a customer contact, I can only add my colleagues as CC recipients.
I can add a second email address to the case form (clunky) but this doesn't really help since I cannot include attachments when emailing from the case form.
