Saved Search Notification not working

Has anyone figured out how to get NetSuite to send an email on a saved search?

I'm using a custom form to input leads.  The leads get there and appear in the saved search.

I've checked "Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated" and added my name as a recipient.

No emails are sent.

Any ideas???
