Make Phone Calls default to Completed
We don't really use the Scheduling functionality of Call records. I've gone through the the Setup > Preferences searching for a "Default Phone Call Status" but haven't found anything.
I know about the Log Call and Schedule Call buttons, but the Phone Call link on the Create New bar is where I'd really like to set the default.
The only thing I can think to do is deploy a client script and set the status there. Anyone else have any ideas?
