Referral reward program questions
I have searched the forum and have found some tantalizing tidbits of information, but nothing complete. Here is what I am trying to do:
1. Send an email out to existing customers offering $XX (or percent off) reward if they sign up X number of their neighbors, friends, relatives and those people make a purchase of at least $XX. Button on email to sign up for a "Friends and Family" program.
2. Once the XX number have purchased have an auto email go out to the referrer giving them their reward.
3. I would like to auto-email the prospect to offer them referred a deal on their first order to entice them.
