Alert Manager When Prospects with Opportunities have No activity
We are trying to deterimine how to send alerts to our sales reps and sales managers when a prospect or customer, that has an open opportunity, has had no activity logged for a specific period of time (1 week for instance).
I assume that creating a search of customers with open opportunities can be done. Can a specific lead source also be called out?
I think I can figure out how to create the alert, but am having trouble figuring out the sequence for creating the search. Any ideas?
Is there a better way of accomplishing this vs creating a search? Perhaps a KPI?
