Logging Calls and reporting calls
Have a questions for all of you,
we are trying to figure out how to track calls from our sales team that were lost (customer did not pick up, customer was not there, customer told us to f'off...)
vs
calls that were successful (contact with a human that was given a sales pitch)
and make this all easily reported to our sales manager.
