Bill time on cases including an initial fee

Hi,

I'm trying to work out the best way you could bill time on a case that also includes an anitial fee.

Example: Hourly rate of $100 per hour + $15 initial fee.

If you are on a call for 30 min the charge will then have to be $15 + $50 to be invoiced to the customer.
