Sales Manager Role - Narrow View to Regional Territories
New Year, New Method to the Madness...
We have split the country in half and now have to Regional Director level sales managers. I have put the employee records for the sales reps in a heirarchy to where they report up to one of these two sales managers. These managers are logging in with a custom sales manager role...
Is there a trick to get their Sales Manager Forecast Edit view to include every single person that reports to them and have the ability to edit %, close dates and $? (Verses having to go back to rep and making them update?)
